Most clients aren't. We agree how we get in — a lockbox, a door code, or a key we keep logged and secured — and we leave the home locked exactly as we found it.

Pets are welcome to be home. Just let us know their names and temperament on the form so we can work around them safely and keep doors closed as needed.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes — general liability, a janitorial bond covering theft, and workers' compensation. We're happy to send certificates before your first visit.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedule or skip a recurring visit with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Inside 24 hours a partial fee may apply because the slot was held for you — we'll always talk it through first.

What does the guarantee cover?

If something was missed or not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. No forms, no argument.

How much does cleaning cost in Omaha?

For a 3 bed / 2 bath home, $175 per visit bi-weekly or $155 weekly. A first-time deep clean is $345. Every price includes Nebraska sales tax — the number we quote is the number you pay.

Do I need a deep clean first?

Usually for the first visit only. A home that hasn't been professionally cleaned can't be brought to standard in a maintenance visit, so we quote the first one as a deep clean and the recurring rate from there.
