Terms of Service

This is a placeholder. The service terms below reflect how we actually intend to operate, but they should be reviewed by an attorney before launch and are not a substitute for the service agreement you will sign.

Quotes. Prices quoted are all-in and include Nebraska sales tax. A quote assumes the home matches what you described. If the size or condition differs materially, we will re-quote before starting rather than surprise you on the invoice.

Scheduling and cancellation. Recurring visits are scheduled in advance. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or skip a visit. Lockouts or cancellations inside that window may be charged.

Our guarantee. If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and correct it at no charge.

Access and property. We will agree in writing how we access your home. We do not move items over roughly 25 pounds or anything visibly fragile or valuable. Any pre-existing damage we notice is photographed and logged before we begin.

Insurance.We carry general liability insurance, a janitorial bond, and workers' compensation. Certificates are available on request.

Payment. Recurring clients keep a card on file, charged on the day of service. Deep cleans and move-outs require a 50% deposit at booking.
